Wonderful place. My second time here and I fell in love again!
House is nicely decorated, our room in the second floor is a little bit small but it has a very nice sea view and nice balcony. Antonia who cook breakfast is very friendly and helpful. The room has a/c and tv with sky(cable tv). We didn’t get hot water (but water wasn’t that cold) I would have give them 5 stars but location is not good, not near from the beach, restaurants etc. Rent a scooter or a car and you will be fine. Bring your beach towels and some snacks! We enjoyed our stay! Thanks Julie for hosting us
Cannot recommend this place enough. The house is split into separate rooms with a common area and pool, we had 3/6 rooms available. The views of Mazunte and the beachside are amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. The people working there, Adolfo and Marisa were great, always super helpful with any requests we had. They only serve breakfast so we went for lunch/dinner into the different beach towns. Would recommend booking some bikes to move around

Sehr schöne Villa.....wir hatten Zimmer 3 mit tollem Blick über die Küste. Sehr schönes Zimmer und komfortables Bett. Man braucht schon ein Auto um flexibel zu sein. Wegen der Strömungen kann man leider kaum richtig schwimmen. Nicht so gut: 1. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nie gereinigt. 2. Kein Kühlschrank oder Kaffeegerät im Zimmer Man kann zwar eigene Sachen im Kühlschrank lagern, aber das verwalterehepaar ist etwas eigen wann man in die Küche will. Die servicekraft übers Wochenende war deutlich freundlicher und unkomplizierter. Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht gerade reichhaltig. Schade, bei dem Preis sollte das eigentlich selbstverständlich sein.
Booked Room 3 with an unbeatable view to wake up to! Pics honestly don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend. It’s quite accessible to town, the collectivo comes super frequently, or it’s a 10-15min walk to some great breakfast spots. It is located on the top of a hill, but that’s what you need to wake up to a view like this (literally the first thing you see when you wake up). Did not get any food, as it was easy to get into town and eat there.
Beautiful house in the heart of San Agustinillo! Really recommend this stay, the house is new and very clean. All rooms have air conditioning and fan. The sunsets are breath taking - best view. The beach and downtown are a 15-20 minute walk away. The rooms downstairs do not have a view. The service is a bit complicated but overall friendly.
We found paradise. This place is so good we have a hard time leaving it. Beautiful room, lovely staff, cozy ambience and the most beautiful view over the ocean.
